Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the 340B Program. Assist in the recruitment and training of staff. Responsible for all aspects of 340B including IT, Finance, Compliance, and the impact on pharmacy. Purchase and maintain inventory. Manage Accumulation of 340B products. Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies. Use Strong judgement in decisions regarding the business.


Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience working with 340B from the aspect of either; Pharmacy, Regulatory, Finance or Information technology Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent 1. 2-3 years progressive experience in a supervisory role in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. 2. Minimum 2 years Managerial experience in a fast based dynamic environment. 3. Demonstrates proficiency in guiding personnel. 4. Demonstrates initiative and is able to function independently as well as interdependently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of all aspects of 340B. Managed or participated in the inception of an established 340B program. Understanding of the pieces needed to develop a 340B program utilizing EPIC and/or QS1 and/or HomecareNet. Working knowledge of MacroHelix system.

Licensure and Certifications Valid PA drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
