Job Description: Manager has direct supervision of Psych Rehab and Psych Case Managemnt staff members. Promotes teamwork atmosphere within department and models professional demeanor. Manager reports to the Program Director. Completes assessments/evaluations, actively develops and implements treatment goals, and provides therapeutic interventions within the Department of Psychiatry. Documents services in adherence with program, departmental, regulatory, third-party payor and network compliance standards. Facilitates referrals both within the Lehigh Valley Health Network continuum and throughout the community in order to address patients on-going mental health needs.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing or other related health/mental health field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, with demonstrated supervisory, coordination, or administrative skills and/or responsibilities. Current license in the state of Pennsylvania required. Required licensure of Occupational Therapy, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor. Registered Nurse and/or other related health/mental health licensure.
